El Gonzo Sculpture Garden - The Main Stage

El Gonzo Sculpture Garden is the central hub of Viva El Gonzo and home to our main stage, where Goose will perform under the stars. Set within the lush, artfully designed grounds, this open-air venue offers an immersive experience that blends music, nature, and creativity. Guests can expect plenty of room to dance, lounge, and soak in the vibrant energy of the festival.

Round Rocks

Round Rocks is an additional stage in El Gonzo Sculpture Garden, located near the Mango Gardens just steps from the Main Venue Entrance. This natural amphitheater is framed by three massive, elevated rock formations that create unique viewing levels around a 360-degree stage. It’s an intimate yet expansive setting, perfect for daytime sets, where you can move freely, take in panoramic views, and enjoy the music in a unique environment.

Crania

A short walk from the El Gonzo Sculpture Garden, the main stage, and the beach, you will be transported to a post-apocalyptic world of art and music at Crania. Set against a backdrop of old heavy equipment and reclaimed materials, this space brings a raw vibe to the festival. Home to both afternoon and late-night sets, Crania lets you enjoy the music with the ocean breeze and a unique feel.

El Ganzo Beach Club

El Ganzo Beach Club offers a unique beachfront experience with its swimmable waters and exclusive access for Viva el Gonzo guests. Located adjacent to Veleros Beach Club and accessible from Crania, this venue provides a perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.

Veleros Beach Club

Veleros Beach Club is an oceanfront haven located adjacent to El Ganzo Beach Club, offering a vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere. With its swimmable beach, guests can enjoy the sun and surf daily. The club features comfortable lounge areas, umbrellas, and attentive service, making it an ideal spot to unwind or socialize. Whether you're lounging by the water or savoring a refreshing drink, Veleros provides a welcoming environment for all festival-goers.

Navigating The Terrain 

The festival will take place in the jungle between the Estuary and the Ocean. There will be areas with sand, dirt, gravel, woods, grass, pavement, and more. Please be prepared with proper shoes and attire for all weather and all terrain.

As responsible guests in Mexico, we’ve set ambitious targets to reduce this event’s carbon footprint while giving back to the local community. This includes:

• Single-Use plastic ban inside the venue. Food & Beverage program utilizes compostable cutlery, plates, cups, bowls and napkins made from cornstarch, sugar cane and bamboo.
• Water Refill stations are located inside the venue, drastically reducing the need for single-use plastic water bottles.
• Eco-friendly signage, creative materials, site supplies and products emphasized across the entire event.
• Transportation - exclusive event shuttles that provide roundtrip airport, venue and excursion transport reduce unnecessary emissions from taxis, rental cars, etc.

As part of our commitment to responsible event production, $5 per person will be allocated toward sustainability efforts. These funds help us to collectively take real action to mitigate the environmental impact of destination events—investing in carbon tracking, eco-conscious infrastructure, and meaningful local projects in the communities that host us. It’s a step toward doing better—for the planet and for the future of live experiences.
